# Getting Paid Into Your Bank Account

> How to off-ramp the stablecoin revenue Prism settles to you — converting it to fiat and withdrawing to an ordinary business bank account, through First Digital Trust.

Payments you accept through Prism settle on-chain, in stablecoins, to a wallet you control. Most of what a business pays for still moves in fiat: rent, salaries, suppliers, tax. The step between the two is the off-ramp — converting stablecoin revenue into the currency your expenses run in, held in an ordinary bank account.

This guide covers how to do that through First Digital Trust (FDT), a regulated trust and custody company that works with businesses holding digital assets. No integration between Prism and FDT is needed: the whole process is an account, a transfer, and an instruction.

## What is First Digital Trust

First Digital Trust is a licensed trust company providing corporate treasury services to businesses that hold digital assets. Its services cover multi-asset custody, foreign exchange, and OTC trading, run through a client portal and a service team you deal with directly. FDT is also the reserves custodian for FDUSD, one of the stablecoins Prism merchants settle in.

Accounts are opened directly with FDT, in your company's name. Onboarding runs through their team and involves the verification you would expect from any regulated financial institution.

## How the flow works

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open a corporate account with FDT">
    Start with a [business inquiry](https://1stdigital.com/contact-us/business-inquiry/)
    at 1stdigital.com. Do this ahead of need: verification takes time, and it is
    better to have the account waiting for the revenue than the other way around.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Move stablecoins to your FDT account">
    An ordinary on-chain transfer from your settlement wallet to the deposit
    address FDT gives you. It works the same whether your Prism
    [settlement address](/prism/architecture/overview) is an Agent Wallet or a
    wallet you already manage yourself.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Convert and withdraw">
    Place the instruction with FDT: the FX desk covers routine conversion, and the
    OTC desk handles larger blocks. Nothing converts until you instruct it.
    Withdraw the proceeds to your business bank account and pay expenses as usual.
  </Step>
</Steps>

After the first cycle this becomes routine treasury. Revenue accrues on-chain as orders come in, and you convert on the cadence your cash flow needs: monthly, or whenever a large invoice lands. Keep whatever share in stablecoins is useful to you and convert the rest to fiat.

## Good to know

* **The payment side is already complete before any of this starts.** Funds move from the buyer's wallet to yours in a single on-chain transaction, and nobody holds them along the way, including us. Conversion is a separate relationship you hold with FDT, on FDT's terms — see [Stablecoin Settlement](/prism/concepts/settlement) for what Prism does and where it stops.
* **Your settlement address is set during onboarding.** Configure it, along with your chains and tokens, in the [Prism Console](/prism/production/console).
* **Start from FDT's site directly.** Avoid unsolicited links in messages.

Once the account exists, fiat is one instruction away. From there, revenue from agent-driven orders behaves like any other revenue: it arrives, and it pays the bills.
